Getting Along
PostedWell in the last month, lots of decisions have been made and there are lots of changes to come. My MIL is finally home from the hospital and we are hoping she is on the road to repair. We have decided that the place where she is living is not able to meet her needs and our having to run back and forth 3 or 4 times a week was getting very old so we are going to move into her house and make it handicapped accessable and finish the basement off so there is room enough for everyone in that little ranch. We will all be living together. I finally get my children grown and self sufficient and I take on another! LOL We will see how it goes. I am trying to not be stressed out about everything that is and will be going on but it is still on my mind and I am having trouble sleeping. I will be glad when it is all settled and we can get a system going. I have been in this house for 22 years. While it has more than it's share of problems and pains, it is still my home.
I got my plane tickets to go home for my 30th HS reunion in the middle of July. I am excited to be going home and I am looking forward to the reunion. I am looking forward to a break as well.
We are all enjoying the abundance of fresh fruit on the market and today I found a baby tomato on my vine! I have baby peppers too. We had sweet corn for dinner tonight and it was wonderful. I love summer!!
sAll I have to say is that there is a special spot in heaven reserved just for you. I hope your MIL and Tom realize what a sacrifice you are making. Did you sell your house? I hope not.
